Terms of Service

Welcome to JustParty! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile game application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use JustParty!. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Responsible Use

JustParty! is intended purely for entertainment. Always play responsibly and know your limits. Participation in any game activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App may offer an optional "Pro" subscription. Purchases are processed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account.

5. Online Play & Conduct

The App may include online multiplayer features such as game lobbies, chat rooms, and emoji reactions. When using these features you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward all players at all times.
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or discriminatory language of any kind.
• Not impersonate other players, brands, or public figures.
• Not send spam, advertisements, or unsolicited links in chat.
• Not exploit bugs, use automated tools, or otherwise disrupt game sessions for other players.
• Not share content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to moderate, review, or remove any user-generated content (including chat messages and nicknames) at our sole discretion.

6. Account Suspension & Bans

Violation of these Terms — particularly the conduct rules in Section 5 — may result in an immediate and permanent ban from online features. Bans are applied at our sole discretion and may be enforced across your user identity and device. Key points:

• Bans survive account deletion: creating a new account or deleting your data does not remove a ban.
• Bans are tied to both your sign-in identity (Google/Apple) and your device. Switching accounts on the same device does not circumvent a ban.
• We are not obligated to provide advance notice, warning, or explanation before issuing a ban.
• Banned users retain access to offline (single-device) game modes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, text, game mechanics, audio, trademarks, logos, and other materials within the App (collectively, "App Content") are owned by JustParty! or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App Content beyond the limited license described in Section 3.

You agree not to:

• Use any JustParty! trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any App Content.

8. Intellectual Property Claims

JustParty! respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available through the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to us at [email protected] containing the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the App, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustParty! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Maintenance & Support

JustParty! is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

12. Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions and regulations when using the App.

13. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and Google LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the App. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
