About Mine Pass
Mine Pass turns classic minesweeper into a party game for 2 to 8 players sharing one phone. Everyone plays the same field, one tile per turn. Numbers tell you how many mines touch a tile, so careful players can work out a safe one — and anyone can plant a flag to warn the others. The first tile of every round is always safe. Uncover a mine and you take the penalty; reveal the last safe tile and everyone else takes it instead.

How to play Mine Pass

01 Step 1
Choose the number of players, the field size and how many mines to hide.

02 Step 2
On your turn, tap one covered tile to reveal it — the first tile of a round is always safe.

03 Step 3
A number shows how many of the eight surrounding tiles hide a mine; empty areas open up on their own.

04 Step 4
Hold a tile to flag a suspected mine. Flags are shared and don't use up your turn.

05 Step 5
Uncover a mine and you take the penalty. Reveal the last safe tile and everyone else takes it!
